(1) A fund named New Nepal Construction Fund has been established to carry out programs and plans as a campaign, including extensive mass mobilization.
(2) The fund will have the following amounts: -
(a) Funds received from the general Nepalese people,
(b) Amounts received from non-resident Nepalis,
(c) Donation of salary / part of salary received from public sector and organized sector employees,
(d) Funds received from various associations, organizations and individuals,
(e) Amounts received from foreign countries,
(f) Funds received from international associations, organizations
(g) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal,
(h) Amount received from other sources.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (e) or (f) of sub-rule (2), the fund shall obtain the consent of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(4) The fund will publish the names of individuals and organizations that deposit money in the fund every three to three months.
(5) The amount to be deposited in the fund shall be deposited in an account in a licensed "A" class bank in accordance with the prevailing law.
(6) The operation of the account of the fund shall be through the joint signature of the member-secretary and the chief accountant of the fund.
